Abstract: With the continuous development of agriculture, the people’s living standards continue to improve, and the using of water resources is also increasing. At present, the large-scale use of water resources has caused serious water waste, so it is particularly important to do efficient water-saving irrigation work. This article focuses on the significance and existing problems of the application of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation technology in farmland water conservancy projects at this stage. According to the corresponding influencing factors, measures to improve high efficiency water-saving irrigation technology and application effects are proposed to ensure the development of agriculture in China.
