壳寡糖对仔猪血清免疫指标的影响

Effects of Chito-oligosaccharides on Serum Immune Indexes of Piglets

  • 摘要: 试验旨在研究壳寡糖对仔猪血清免疫功能的影响,并确定壳寡糖在仔猪养殖生产中的最适添加剂量。试验选择200头健康、体质量相近、28日龄的断奶“杜×长×大”三元杂交仔猪,分4个处理组5个重复,按照单因素试验设计。试验后期,检测猪仔血清中的免疫指标,得出在仔猪饲料中添加适量的壳寡糖可以有效增强仔猪机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。

     

    Abstract: The aim of this experiment was to study the effect of chito-oligosaccharide on serum immune function of piglets and to determine the optimal dosage of chito-oligosaccharide in piglets. A total of 200 healthy, 28-day-old weaned three-way hybrid piglets were divided into 4 treatment groups with 5 replicates according to the single-factor experiment design. At the later stage of the experiment, the immune indexes in the serum of piglets were detected, and it was concluded that adding proper amount of chito-oligosaccharides in the feed of piglets can effectively enhance the cellular and humoral immune functions of piglets.
