Abstract:
Longan round meat is a kind of longan processed product with good taste, high processing requirements and high added value.The traditional manual digging production efficiency, high cost, insufficient production capacity, the existing automatic processing equipment pulp damage, unable to automatic orientation and other problems can not meet the lantern longan meat industrial production demand. In this paper, for the deficiency of the existing processing equipment, a pressure-sensitive top gripping core removal process is designed to make the longan meat only have a break at the base, which meets the processing requirements of Lantern meat. The longan orientation technology based on blocking the orientation of the pedicle is designed to solve the problem of automatic orientation of longan,and the automatic longan meat processing equipment is constructed. After testing, a set of equipment can process 500 kg fresh longan per day, which is 20 times of the artificial speed. The success rate of processing the whole longan meat reaches 98%, and the meat extraction rate reaches 95.56%, which can meet the needs of producing longan meat with high speed and good quality.
