Abstract: As an indispensable part of the modern service industry, grass-roots inspection and certification plays an important role in strengthening quality and safety, promoting industrial development, and safeguarding the interests of the people. Based on the introduction of the current situation of improving the socialized service ability of grassroots inspection and testing institutions, this paper discussed the path of improving the socialized service ability of grassroots inspection and testing institutions by analyzing the existing problems of grassroots inspection and testing institutions, in order to provide reference value for grassroots inspection and testing institutions to improve their socialized service ability.
