Abstract: This paper analyzes the industrial development status of X village in Xiangxi Prefecture, which is dominated by agriculture, prominent characteristic industries and insufficient endogenous force for prosperity, analyzes the difficulties faced by industrial prosperity, such as difficult industrialized operation, lack of sales channels and serious hollow problems, and puts forward the ways to gradually promote industrial integration, encourage the return of lost labor force to the village and guide the operation of rural ecommerce.
