Abstract: Maize is one of the main food crops in Ankang, and the annual planting area of maize account for more than 30% of the food crops. However, due to the backward agricultural infrastructure in Ankang, unfavorable climatic conditions, lack of labor force,inadequate technology promotion and other factors, the yield of maize is not high. Based on this, the paper proposed to strengthen infrastructure construction, strengthen climate monitoring, strengthen technical training, innovative promotion methods and other construction, in order to help the development of regional maize industry.
