Abstract: In the process of China’s modern forestry engineering construction, the forest is affected by many factors. There are many problems in the current forest resources management, which lead to certain destruction and impact of forest resources, so it is necessary to optimize the management mode and methods. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of ecological forestry, accurately grasp the development direction of ecological forestry, and optimize the construction mode of ecological forestry,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of forestry projects. Therefore, this paper conducted in-depth research and analysis on the development direction of forest resource management and ecological forestry under the new situation, and summarize some measures based on practical experience.
