不同盐碱条件对饲料油菜生长性能的影响研究

Effects of Different Saline Alkali Conditions on Growth Performance of Forage Rape

  • 摘要: 为了研究饲料油菜在不同盐碱条件下的生长性能,本试验设计了S1~S6盐浓度pH值依次为6.60、6.62、6.64、6.67、6.77和6.86,A1~A6碱溶液pH值依次为8.62、9.02、9.17、9.23、9.29和9.32,研究饲料油菜的生长性能。结果表明:盐碱胁迫条件下对饲料油菜的种子萌发过程中的各项指标影响不显著(P>0.05);盐碱胁迫条件下均显著抑制幼苗生长,碱胁迫抑制油菜幼苗苗长强于盐胁迫。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the growth performance of forage rape under saline alkali conditions, the pH values of S1~S6 salt concentration were 6.60, 6.62, 6.64, 6.67, 6.77 and 6.86, and the pH values of A1~A6 alkali solution were 8.62, 9.02, 9.17, 9.23, 9.29 and9.32. The growth performance of feed rape was studied. The results showed that there was no significant effect on Seed Germination of feed rape under salt and alkali stress(P>0.05); seedling growth was significantly inhibited under salt and alkali stress, and the inhibition of seedling growth under alkali stress was stronger than that under salt stress.
