Abstract: Both wheat and maize are important food crops in Shahe Town, which play an important role in the development of local agricultural economy. It is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient production of wheat and maize. Wheat interplanting maize is a common planting technology in Shahe Town’s agricultural production, which can efficiently use land, light energy and other resources, achieve two crops a year, and finally achieve the purpose of increasing yield, improving quality, improving economic benefits, and ensuring food security and stability. Taking Shahe Town as an example, the advantages and key points of high yield and high efficiency cultivation technology of wheat interplanting maize were analyzed in order to further improve the yield and quality of wheat and maize.
