Abstract: According to the country about the spirit that creates a number of agricultural high-tech industrial demonstration areas,and based on the advantages of strategy and regional,we try to create the agricultural high-tech industry demonstration areas in Bayannur and build the highlands of innovation, talent and industry.This paper put forward the necessity, problems and advices of this work in order to provide reference for regional development.
