Abstract:
The infection with Seneca virus is contagious, the epidemic has seasonal and sporadic characteristics, the mode of transmission is diverse, the susceptible objects are diverse, and the clinical symptoms of the infected pigs are different in different pig ages. The disease has no specific drug treatment, no commercial vaccine prevention, so the prevention and control difficulty is relatively high. Based on the introduction of the research background, the characteristics of porcine Seneca virus were discussed from the aspects of etiology, epidemiology, clinical symptoms, pathological changes and diagnosis, and the comprehensive prevention and control strategy of porcine Seneca virus disease was discussed.
