饲料中添加杜氏盐藻对红白锦鲤生长体色及抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of Different Dunaliella Salina Ratios in Feed on Growth Performance Body Color and Antioxidant Capacity of Cyprinus Carpio

摘要: 以红白锦鲤为试验对象,在基础饲料中分别添加0、4、8、16、32、64 g/kg的杜氏盐藻（分别记为Diet 1、Diet 2、Diet 3、Diet 4、Diet 5和Diet 6）,养殖周期为8周。养殖试验结束后测定其生长指标（增质量率、特定生长率、饵料系数）,体表L^*, a^*, b^*值及抗氧化指标（T-SOD、CAT、MDA）。结果表明:红白锦鲤饲料中杜氏盐藻的适宜添加量为32～64 g/kg。

Abstract: The Cyprinus carpio were used as the experimental objects. 0, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 g/kg Dunaliella salina were added to the basic diet respectively, and the culture period was 8 weeks. The growth index, L^*, a^*, b^* value and antioxidant index were measured.The results showed that the suitable adding amount of Dunaliella salina was 32～64 g/kg.
