Investigation and Analysis on the Development Status of Sweet Potato Industry in Yan’an City

摘要: 为了解延安市甘薯产业发展现状，特对延安市甘薯品种、种苗、栽培技术、种植成本、品质、产量、贮藏方式、销售等方面进行了调研，并对调研结果进行分析，形成相关数据库，为薯农和合作社提供技术帮助。

Abstract: In order to understand the current situation of the development of sweet potato industry in Yan’an, an investigation was conducted on the varieties, seedlings, cultivation techniques, planting costs, quality, yield, storage methods, sales and other aspects of sweet potato in Yan’an, and the investigation results were analyzed to form a relevant database to provide technical assistance to potato farmers and cooperatives.
