Abstract:
The effects of different nitrogen fertilizer conditions on the growth indexes such as plant height, ground diameter, crown width, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO
2 concentration of Picea asperata seedling were tested. The results showed that treatment 4 was the most economical and effective fertilization method. Under these conditions, the seedling height of Picea asperata was 43.77 cm, increased 19.04% compared with the control, the ground diameter was12.19 mm, increased 20.58% compared with the control, and the crown width was 41.36 cm, increased 17.60% compared with the control. Net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were the highest, intercellular CO
2 concentration was the lowest, and photosynthesis was the strongest.
