果园自动开沟施肥机的设计

Design of Automatic Ditching and Fertilizer Applicator for Orchard

  • 摘要: 合理施肥是果园种植中保证果品产量与质量的重要环节。分析果园自动化施肥机械的研究现状发现,山区地区果园施肥的自动化、通用性、一体化程度低,不能满足丘陵山区地区中小型果园的施肥作业要求。设计一种集开沟、施肥、覆土、夯实功能于一体的果园自动化施肥机,介绍了整体的结构及方案设计,阐述了各主要结构的功能及工作原理。开沟宽度为200 mm,开沟深度在0~400 mm范围内可调,采用对称式双搅龙强制排肥,排肥量可调节,实现定量、定点施肥,提高果园施肥的效率,有效改善果园种植中劳动力缺乏的情况,降低果园的生产与管理成本。

     

    Abstract: Reasonable fertilization is an important part of ensuring fruit yield and quality in orchard planting. Analyzing the research status of orchard automatic fertilization machinery, the automation, versatility, and integration degree of orchard fertilization in mountainous areas is low, which cannot meet the requirements of fertilization operation of small and medium-sized orchards in hilly mountainous areas. Design an orchard automatic fertilizer applicator that integrates ditching, fertilization, soil covering, and compaction. The overall structure and plan design are introduced, and the functions and working principles of each main structure are explained. The ditching width is 200 mm, and the ditching depth is adjustable within the range of 0~400 mm. The symmetrical double auger is used for forced fertilization. The amount of fertilization can be adjusted to achieve quantitative and fixed-point fertilization,improve the efficiency of orchard fertilization, and effectively improve orchard planting. The lack of labor in the middle of the year reduces the production and management costs of the orchard.
