Abstract: Apple is the main fruit industry in Hebei Province, making outstanding contributions to the economic development of Hebei Province. However, there are still some weak links in the control of apple quality and safety, brand construction and export in Hebei Province. The guarantee of apple quality poses problems to the government and the industry. In the daily production management, we must pay attention to all links of apple production and quality supervision and management, fundamentally ensure apple quality and safety, and promote the healthy development of apple industry in Hebei Province.
