不同浓度苯磺隆对射干光合特性的影响研究

Effects of Tribenuron Methyl with Different Concentrations on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Belamcanda Chinensis

  • 摘要: 文章为研究不同浓度苯磺隆对射干光合特性的影响,采用随机完全区组设计,以大田栽培射干为实验材料,用不同浓度的苯磺隆对射干叶片进行处理,于施药第3天测定射干的叶绿素含量(Chl),净光合速率(Pn),蒸腾速率(Tr),气孔导度(Gs),及胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)等指标。结果表明:经除草剂处理后射干的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度都呈现出下降趋势;而胞间二氧化碳浓度呈升高趋势;由此得出苯磺隆对射干的安全性及光合特性是有影响的。

     

    Abstract: In order to study different concentrations of tribenuron the Blackberrylily Rhizome photosynthetic characteristics, using a randomized complete block design, in order the field cultivation Blackberrylily Rhizome as the experimental material, processed with different concentrations of tribenuron Blackberrylily Rhizome leaves at spraying on the third day determination of Blackberrylily Rhizome chlorophyll content(Chl), net photosynthetic rate(Pn), transpiration rate(Tr), stomatal conductance(Gs), inter cellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and other indicators. The results showed that: herbicide treatment Blackberrylily Rhizome the chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance has emerged as adownward trend; inter cellular carbon dioxide concentration showed an increasing trend; resulting tribenuron Blackberrylily Rhizome the safety and photosynthetic characteristics of an impact.
