Abstract:
In addition to damaging apples, codling moth is also very harmful to apricots and peaches. It will bring devastating disasters to the fruit industry. Statistics show that many fruit producing areas such as Gansu, Xinjiang and northeast of China have been threatened by codling moth. Therefore, targeted prevention and control measures should be actively taken to reduce the harm of codling moth to the fruit industry. This paper discusses the morphological characteristics, occurrence characteristics and harm of acodling moth, and puts forward comprehensive prevention and control measures from the aspects of agriculture, physics, biology and chemistry, in order to reduce the incidence of codling moth and ensure the healthy development of fruit industry.
