基于ANSYS Workbench/Ls-Dyna的马铃薯杀秧切割装置结构参数优化

Optimization of Structural Parameters of Potato Seedling Killing and Cutting Device Based on ANSYS Workbench/Ls-Dyna

  • 摘要: 马铃薯是我国重要的经济作物之一,在马铃薯收获前需要进行杀秧,为了提高切割效率,降低劳动强度和成本,设计了一种马铃薯杀秧切割装置。为了获取该切割装置的最佳结构参数,选取刀具刃角、切割高度和切割间隙为控制因子,以秧苗在切割过程中所受最大剪切应力为指标,采用L9(3~4)标准正交表定制试验方案,基于ANSYS Workbench/Ls-Dyna对切割过程进行显式动力学仿真,对试验结果进行极差分析和方差分析。结果表明,刀具刃角对最大剪切应力影响显著,切割间隙对最大剪切应力有一定影响,而切割高度则无影响。切割装置的最佳结构参数为刀具刃角15°,切割间隙1 mm。

     

    Abstract: Potato is one of the important cash crops in China, which needs seedling killing before harvesting. In order to improve cutting efficiency and reduce labor intensity and cost, designed a potato seedling killing and cutting device. In order to obtain the best structural parameters of the cutting device, the cutter edge angle, cutting height and cutting clearance are selected as control factors,and the maximum shear stress of seedlings during cutting is taken as index. The L9(3~4) standard orthogonal table is used to customize the test scheme. The explicit dynamic simulation of the cutting process is carried out based on ANSYS Workbench/Ls-Dyna, and the range analysis and variance analysis of the test results are carried out. The results show that the cutting edge angle has a significant effect on the maximum shear stress, while the cutting clearance has a certain effect on the maximum shear stress, but the cutting height has no effect. The optimum structural parameters of the cutting device are the cutting edge angle of 15° and the cutting clearance of 1 mm.
