Abstract: Rice is an important food crop in China. In order to improve the planting quality of rice and meet the food demand, it is necessary to carry out high-quality cultivation of rice. It is also necessary to optimize the rice cultivation techniques, standardize the operation links of relevant techniques, control the factors affecting the growth of rice, do a good job in the prevention and control of diseases and pests, and use relevant protective measures, To provide more healthy and good growth environment for rice. In this paper, the cultivation of high quality rice and the control technology of diseases and insect pests were discussed, and the corresponding measures were put forward.
