Abstract: The decolorization rate and inulin loss rate of dry powder extract of Helianthus tuberosus were determined by visible spectrophotometry using 8 different decolorizers. The results showed that the decolorization effects of S-8 macroporous resin and activated carbon were 90.57% and 90.55% respectively under neutral conditions. This conclusion can provide technical support for optimizing the decolorization processing technology of Helianthus tuberosus.
