圆捆机搅龙结构改进设计

Improved Design of Auger Structure of Round Baler

  • 摘要: 圆捆机打捆技术是农业现代化技术的体现,而圆捆机搅龙的输送质量是影响物料收获的关键因素。文章依据圆捆机搅龙部分传动原理,对搅龙输送质量影响因素进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案:提高搅龙转速,增大搅龙叶片螺距,更改为空心搅龙结构及搅龙装配结构改进。通过试验验证,可有效解决圆捆机作业堵草的问题。

     

    Abstract: The baling technology of round baler is the embodiment of agricultural modernization technology, and the conveying quality of round baler auger is the key factor affecting the material harvest. Based on the transmission principle of the auger, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of auger transportation, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to improve the speed of the auger, increase the screw pitch of the blade of the auger, and change it to the hollow auger structure and the assembly structure of the auger. Through the test, the problem of grass blocking in the operation of round baler is effectively solved.
