浅谈茶叶加工学课程教学中存在的问题及对策

Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Course Teaching of Tea Processing

  • 摘要: 茶叶加工学作为茶学等专业的重要课程,对培养新世纪茶产业从业人员具有着重要意义。文章对高等院校茶叶加工学课程教学的现状以及存在的主要问题进行分析,并在教学内容、教材建设、实践开展等方面提出了一系列建议,以期提高茶叶加工学课程的教学质量。

     

    Abstract: Tea processing, as an important course for tea majors, is of great significance to the cultivation of tea industry practitioners in the new century. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the teaching of tea processing science in institutions of higher learning, and puts forward a series of suggestions in terms of teaching content, teaching material construction and practice development, in order to improve the teaching quality of tea processing.
