Study on Mechanized Precision Sowing Technology of Protected Vegetable Seedling

摘要: 蔬菜种子播种时很容易受到损伤,导致播种难度大。蔬菜播种环节机械化水平尚不到10%,精量播种技术落后、装备设备不完善等问题,对产业的发展造成了严重的阻碍。虽然温室大棚可以较好地应对外部的自然环境,且其覆盖范围也在逐年扩大,但所使用的小型蔬菜播种机,存在机型单一、作业效率低、模式适应性差等问题。需展开蔬菜精量播种机的研究,研发提升生产效率、增强模式适应性的机械,提升蔬菜育苗机械化水平。Abstract: Vegetable seed is easy to be damaged during sowing, which makes it difficult to sow, the mechanization level is still less than 10%. The backward precision sowing technology and imperfect equipment have caused serious obstacles to the development of the industry. Although the greenhouse technology can better cope with the external natural environment, and its coverage is also expanding year by year, the small vegetable planter used by it also has the problems of single model, low operation efficiency and poor mode adaptability. Based on this, it is necessary to carry out the research on vegetable precision seeder, so as to realize the machinery to improve production efficiency, enhance mode adaptability, and improve the mechanization level of vegetable seedling raising.
