基于塑料大棚的太谷地区金叶榆嫩枝扦插成活率提升试验研究

Experimental on Improving the Survival Rate of Softwood Cutting of Ulmus Pumila in Greenhouse in Taigu

  • 摘要: 文章在金叶榆大田硬枝扦插和嫩枝扦插失败的基础上,在大棚中保持温度25℃左右,采用喷雾设施始终控制湿度在90%以上,在深孔穴盘中,填充的基质为泥炭、蛭石、珍珠岩,比例为2∶1∶0.5,通过IBA不同浓度处理对比试验,得出在上述条件下IBA300 mg/L浸泡下切口时间15 min,可有效提高金叶榆嫩枝扦插不定根的产生。

     

    Abstract: This paper is based on the failure of hardwood cutting and softwood cuttings in the field of Ulmus pumila. The temperature in the greenhouse is around 25℃. The spraying facilities always control the humidity above 90%. In the deep hole tray, the substrate is peat, vermiculite and perlite, the ratio is 2:1: 0.5, which is treated by different concentrations of IBA. The results showed that under the above conditions, IBA300 mg/L soaking for 15 min could effectively improve the production of adventitious roots in softwood cutting of Ulmus pumila.
