Abstract: This paper summarized the pathogenesis of avian gout from many aspects, such as excessive uric acid production and uric acid excretion disorder, analyzed the pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of gout, and summarized the prevention and treatment of avian gout from the aspects of maintaining normal renal tubular function, inhibiting uric acid production, promoting renal excretion of uric acid, and promoting intestinal excretion of uric acid.
