Abstract: Green vegetable head is a common vegetable in pickle. The climate, geographical environment and other factors in Fuling area are very suitable for the cultivation of Qingcaitou. Under the background of industrial poverty alleviation, the local government seized this opportunity, vigorously promoted the planting technology of green vegetable head, expanded the planting area and increased the income of residents. This paper introduces the planting technology of Fuling Qingcaitou in detail, and the whole process of promoting industrial poverty alleviation through the development of Fuling Qingcaitou in Chongqing, in order to provide reference for poverty alleviation measures in other regions.
