Electric Automation Design of the Control System of the Precise Water Application Maize Seeder Based on PLC

摘要: 针对玉米旱田施水不及时、水资源浪费和地表漫灌等问题,采用PLC技术,研发了一款在播种同时能够自主控制洒水量的玉米播种机。分析了该机械结构、关键部件,重点对于其电气自动化控制系统的设计进行了研究,希望能够提升播种机的智能化水平。Abstract: Aiming at the problems of untimely application of water, waste of water resources and surface flood irrigation in corn dry field, a corn seeder which can control the amount of water applied at the same time of sowing was developed by using PLC technology. This paper analyzes the mechanical structure, focuses on the design of its electrical automation control system, hoping to improve the level of intelligent seeder.
