Abstract: Huifeng No.1 is a special quinoa variety suitable for processing quinoa rice, which was selected by Huilin Zhangjiakou Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. by using "multi-variety mixed artificial assisted hybridization method", using five chenopodium quinoa introduced from Peru and conventional quinoa introduced from Shanxi in China. In 2016, we have breed and conduct production appraisal and large-scale demonstration. We introduced the characteristics, yield performance and high-yield cultivation techniques of this variety.
