Abstract: Kiwi fruit is sour, sweet and beautiful, and contains a variety of nutritional elements, which is deeply loved by people. As a semi-negative, stem-climbing fruit tree, kiwi fruit has certain requirements on the growth environment and conditions, and the management of kiwi fruit cultivation also needs to match the corresponding agricultural technology. Exploring and researching related technologies and conducting scientific cultivation and management of kiwi fruit can comprehensively improve the quality and yield of kiwi fruit and meet people’s demand for kiwi fruit. Based on this, this article analyzes and discusses five aspects of kiwi cultivation environment and techniques, kiwi cultivation and management techniques, kiwi fertilization and pruning techniques, kiwi fruit pest control, and kiwi fruit harvesting techniques. In this way, it can be used as a reference for relevant people to exchange.
