Abstract: In order to study the effects of different cultivation medium on main agronomic traits of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale under different cultivation medium, 1 a seedlings of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale were planted in the nursery beds of decomposed pine bark, pine bark + moss, pine bark + humus soil, respectively. The results showed that humus combined with pine bark had a certain effect on stem length and stem thickness of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale, which provided a theoretical basis for Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium officinale to plant in greenhouses in Jinsha County of Bijie City.
