Abstract: A few years ago, in order to improve yield, chemical fertilizer was widely used in many places across the country, resulting in a series of environmental problems. Compared with chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer has the advantages of comprehensive nutrients, improving soil physical and chemical properties, and reducing fertilizer input cost and pollution. Therefore, China has vigorously promoted the use of organic fertilizer in recent years. In this paper, Wulian County, Shandong Province was taken as an example to explore the application of organic fertilizer by farmers in different areas of the county, analyzed the reasons for the different applications of organic fertilizer, and provided suggestions for the application of organic fertilizer in different areas.
