Abstract: With the continuous development of the food supply chain and the increase of global trade, the application of food safety inspection and testing technology has become particularly important. Starting with the importance of food safety, on the basis of introducing the development status of China’s food safety inspection and testing technology, this paper discussed the connotation, significance and operation requirements of food safety inspection and testing, analyzed the problems existing in the current stage of food safety inspection and testing, and probed into the improvement strategies of food safety inspection and testing.
