Abstract: Rural e-commerce service stations as a new model of rural e-commerce development, exploring the problems, causes and countermeasures in its operation has important practical significance for the development of rural e-commerce. Taking Haiyuan County as an example, this paper analyzes the development status and operational problems of its service stations through field investigations and comparative studies, and proposes targeted countermeasures, so as to provide an effective reference for the development of rural e commerce in Haiyuan County.
