Abstract: Carrying out comprehensive land consolidation is an important measure to implement the national development requirements in the new era, effectively play the role of optimizing the spatial pattern of urban and rural areas, and help rural revitalization.Based on the practical experience of the pilot project of comprehensive land consolidation in Xi ’an City, this paper summarized the problems existing in the pilot project implementation from the aspects of planning, establishment of organizational management system, improvement of supporting management system, project implementation supervision and industry introduction, etc., and put forward targeted optimization suggestions in order to provide suggestions and ideas for the comprehensive development of comprehensive land consolidation.
