Abstract:
Based on the sample data of 200 households in Lushui City, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province in2019, this paper selected 6 dimensions and 19 indicators to construct a multidimensional poverty evaluation index system through questionnaire survey and field investigation, and adopts the A-F(Alkire-Foster) method to measure the multidimensional poverty in rural Lushui City. Based on the measurement results, the multidimensional poverty index of different types of farmers and dimensions is decomposed. The survey results showed that the incidence of multi-dimensional poverty in Lushui City is high in land, development and living conditions. Most farmers are deprived in multiple poverty indicators, and the problem of multi-dimensional poverty is obvious. From the aspects of focusing on improving the multi-dimensional comprehensive management ability, improving the "hematogenic" ability of farmers, guiding the development by external forces, establishing and improving the infrastructure construction, and improving the protection system of cultivated land and forest land, this paper discussed the governance path of multi-dimensional rural poverty in Lushui City.
