基于ANSYS的小粒球形蔬菜播种机机架的有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Frame of Small Grain Spherical Vegetable Olanter Based on ANSYS

  • 摘要: 为保证机架在播种机工作过程中的安全性和稳定性,分别选择不锈钢和Q235A这2种材质,利用ANSYS Workbench对机架进行静力学分析,得出Q235A材质的机架性能更加优秀,发现结构强度有冗余,对其进行结构优化,优化后其强度仍能满足要求,质量减轻10.6%。同时,为避免发生共振,对机架进行模态分析,并将前十阶固有频率与播种机底盘发动机的激振频率进行比较,得出机架不会与发动机共振的结果。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the safety and stability of the frame in the working process of the planter, stainless steel and Q235A 2 materials are selected respectively, and the static analysis of the frame is carried out by ANSYS Workbench. It is concluded that the performance of the frame made of Q235A is better. It is found that the structural strength is redundant, and the structure is optimized.After optimization, the strength can still meet the requirements, and the mass is reduced by 10.6%. At the same time, in order to avoid resonance, the modal analysis of the frame is carried out, and the first ten natural frequencies are compared with the excitation frequency of seeder chassis engine, and the result is that the frame will not resonate with the engine.
