Abstract: Pesticides are highly toxic, which will affect human health and even endanger life safety. In the process of vegetable planting, pesticides containing phosphorus organic compounds are the most common. This pesticide does great harm to human body. Eating vegetables with residual organophosphorus pesticides will affect human health. The pesticide components in vegetables were detected by chromatography and capillary zone electrophoresis to ensure the safety of vegetables.
