Abstract: Since the country implemented the rural revitalization strategy, deeply impoverished areas in Xinjiang have made great efforts to overcome various unfavorable factors and actively promote the steady growth of agricultural and rural economy. Aksu has formulated effective measures and actively responded to difficulties such as insufficient support for agricultural science and technology services, serious threats of natural disasters, insufficient processing capacity for agricultural products, and outstanding shortcomings in the development of agricultural industrialization. Despite various risks and challenges, agriculture and rural areas continued to grow steadily, laying a solid foundation for promoting local agricultural and rural economic development.
