Abstract: As an important food crop, wheat is particularly important to ensure its yield and quality. In wheat planting, whether the cultivation management is reasonable and whether the pest control is timely are important factors affecting the yield and quality of wheat. In order to meet the market demand and improve the yield and quality of wheat, it is of great practical significance to apply high-quality and high-yield wheat planting technology and implement the prevention and control of diseases and pests. Taking Qingshui County as an example, this paper summarizes the development status of wheat industry in Qingshui County. The planting techniques of high quality and high yield of wheat were analyzed. The control measures of wheat diseases and insect pests were discussed.
