茶树花的生化成分及生理活性研究进展

Research Progress of Biochemical Components and Physiological Activities of TeaFlowers

  • 摘要: 茶树花是茶树的副产物,一直以来人们极少会关注到茶树花的利用率,使茶树花资源遭到浪费。茶树花中含有茶多酚、茶多糖、茶皂素、黄酮类物质等天然活性成分,并且具有降脂、抗氧化、消炎抑菌、抗癌等多种功能。文章在现有研究基础上,论述了茶树花的主要生化成分及其生理活性,以期为茶树花在生活生产上的应用及其深入研究提供一定的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Tea flower is a by-product of tea plant. For a long time, people rarely pay attention to the utilization rate of tea flower,which makes tea flower resources wasted. Tea plant flowers contain natural active components such as tea polyphenols, tea polysaccharides, tea saponins and flavonoids, and have many functions such as lipid-lowering, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic and anti-cancer. Based on the existing research, this paper discusses the main biochemical components and physiological activities of tea flower, in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the application and in-depth research of tea flower in life and production.
