Abstract:
Tea flower is a by-product of tea plant. For a long time, people rarely pay attention to the utilization rate of tea flower, which makes tea flower resources wasted. Tea plant flowers contain natural active components such as tea polyphenols, tea polysaccharides, tea saponins and flavonoids, and have many functions such as lipid-lowering, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, bacteriostatic and anti-cancer. Based on the existing research, this paper discusses the main biochemical components and physiological activities of tea flower, in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the application and in-depth research of tea flower in life and production.
