Abstract: With the high attention paid by the state to environmental protection, people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of agricultural products. From the perspective of food safety, this paper analyzes the energy use in tea processing, expounds the necessity of carrying out coal substitution, and puts forward reasonable suggestions in combination with the overall development plan of Shangshan Town, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of tea industry.
