Abstract: Strengthening the management of rural household garbage is to meet the needs of farmers for a better life, is an important measure to promote the revitalization of rural ecology, and is of great significance to the establishment of beautiful villages. Taking the treatment of domestic waste in Laojiaozhai rural area of Kaili City as an example, an evaluation index system composed of 12scheme layers was established on the basis of full investigation, and the evaluation model was constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The satisfaction of the implementation effect of the organization and management of rural solid waste management, the collection effect of rural solid waste, the transport effect of rural solid waste, and the treatment effect of rural solid waste were studied. The results show that the villagers’ satisfaction with the treatment of rural solid waste is satisfactory, and the advantages and disadvantages of the treatment in the development of rural solid waste are obtained. Three development strategies of key development, maintenance development and follow-up sustainable development are proposed according to different quadrants, so as to promote the green development of the environment in rural areas.
