Abstract:
Residents are not only the basis of community governance, but also the object of community governance. How to promote the effective participation of residents in community governance and build a good governance pattern of rural communities by coconstruction and sharing is a topic worth studying at present. From the perspective of Putnam’s social capital theory, it proposes to improve the participation of community residents by regaining trust, formulating norms and building networks, so as to improve the efficiency of community governance and promote the pace of modernization of grassroots governance.
