Abstract: In order to improve the quality and ability of seedling supply, realize the intensive management of afforestation land, and better improve the ecological purification ability of plantation. Combining with the latest scientific and technological research and promotion results, the paper discussed the innovative technology of afforestation seedling cultivation and green control technology of diseases and insect pests based on the principles of ecological green, technological innovation and improving afforestation rate.
