Abstract:
Course outline is the guiding principle for teachers to carry out curriculum teaching, and it is also the key to ensure students to achieve their learning goals. This paper took the food standards and regulations course as an example, and according to the outcome based education concept of engineering education certification, designed and reconstructed the course outline from the aspects of course objectives, teaching content, and course assessment, in order to provide reference for the formulation of course outline for non-engineering courses under the background of engineering education certification.
