光照模拟调节对烤烟烟叶质量的影响

Effects of Simulated Light Regulation on the Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

  • 摘要: 以烤烟品种红花大金元为试验材料,通过在大棚中模拟光照试验,测定烟株农艺性状、物理性状、常规化学成分等指标。结果表明:不同处理对烟株农艺性状、原烟物理性状和外观质量评分的影响不明显;处理S1和S3叶片的淀粉、总糖、还原糖含量高于S2、S4和S5,处理S2、S4和S5叶片的总氮、总挥发碱、氯离子、钾离子含量高于S1和S3。综合来看,各处理间烟叶外观质量差异不显著;但补光处理增加了叶片中部分碳水化合物的含量,降低了部分含氮化合物的含量。

     

    Abstract: Honghuadajinyuan as experimental material, The agricultural characteristics of tobacco plants, conventional chemical composition and others were determined. The results displayed that the effects of different treatments on the agronomic characters of tobacco plant, physical properties and appearance score of original tobacco were not obvious. The contents of starch, total sugar and reducing sugar in S1 and S3 were higher than that in S2, S4 and S5, and the contents of total nitrogen, volatile base, chlorine ion and potassium in S2, S4 and S5 were higher than that in S1 and S3. From the perspective of quality of tobacco leaves, there was no significant difference in appearance quality among treatments. The content of carbohydrate in the leaves was increased and the content of nitrogenous compounds was decreased.
