甘肃太子山林区红桦和落叶松外生菌根真菌多样性研究

Diversity of Ectomycorrhizal Fungi of Betula albo-sinensis and Larix gmelinii in Taizishan Forest Area of Gansu Province

  • 摘要: 为了明确甘肃太子山林区红桦和落叶松外生菌根真菌多样性,选取分子生物学方法开展红桦和落叶松外生菌根真菌多样性的研究。研究结果表明,甘肃太子山林区红桦外生菌根真菌重要值排名前五的分别为青霉、拟青霉、毛霉、犁头霉以及毛壳菌;甘肃太子山林区红桦外生菌根真菌重要值排名前五的分别为青霉、茎点霉、轮枝孢、犁头霉以及指轮枝孢。甘肃太子山林区的幼龄以及阳坡的红桦和落叶松树种,更容易被外生菌根侵染,真菌多样性更高。红桦外生菌根真菌多样性高于落叶松外生菌根真菌多样性,树龄和坡向对红桦和落叶松外生菌根真菌多样性影响明显。研究结果可为甘肃太子山林区人工造林提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi of Betula albo-sinensis and Larix gmelinii in the Taizishan forest area of Gansu Province, molecular biological methods were used to study the ectomycorrhizal fungi diversity of Betula albo-sinensis and Larix gmelinii. The ressults showed that the top five ectomycorrhizal fungi of Betula albo-sinensis were penicillium, penicillium paecilomyces, mucor, plectomyces and chaetchium in the Taizishan forest area of Gansu Province. The top five ectomycorrhizal fungi of Betula albo-sinensis in the Taizishan forest area of Gansu Province were penicillium, spodophyllum, trichocladosporium, trichocladosporium and trichocladosporium dactyloides. The young Betula albo-sinensis and Larix gmelinii species in the Taizishan forest area of Gansu Province and the sunny slope are more susceptible to ectomycorrhizal infection and have higher fungal diversity. The diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi of red Birch was higher than that of Larch. Tree age and slope orientation had significant effects on ectomycorrhizal fungi diversity of Betula albo-sinensis and Larix gmelinii. The results can provide theoretical guidance for afforestation in the Taizishan forest area of Gansu Province.
