叶面喷施γ-氨基丁酸对黄瓜幼苗耐旱性的影响

Effects of Leaf Spraying γ-aminobutyric Acid on Drought Tolerance of Cucumber Seedlings

  • 摘要: 干旱胁迫是影响黄瓜幼苗生长的重要非生物胁迫之一,而外源喷施γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)在提高植物抗性中具有重要作用。因此,本研究采用双因素完全随机设计探究了叶面喷施γ-氨基丁酸对黄瓜幼苗耐旱性的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施γ-氨基丁酸明显改善了干旱胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长的抑制,增加了其株高,叶绿素含量以及地上部和根系鲜重,并通过提高其叶片和根系的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性来抵抗了干旱胁迫。

     

    Abstract: Drought stress is one of the important abiotic stresses affecting the growth of cucumber seedlings, and exogenous application of γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) plays an important role in improving plant resistance. Therefore, in this study, a two-factor completely randomized design was used to investigate the effects of leaf spraying γ-aminobutyric acid on drought tolerance of cucumber seedlings. The results showed that leaf spraying γ-aminobutyric acid significantly improved the growth inhibition of cucumber seedlings under drought stress, increased plant height, chlorophyll content, fresh weight of shoots and roots, and increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) in cucumber leaves and roots to resist drought stress.
