乡村振兴视域下农村就业有效路径研究

Research on the Effective Path of Rural Employment from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 充分挖掘农村的人力资源,建立应用于乡村振兴视域下的农村人才就业体系能够有效地激发乡村就业的活力,发挥就业人员的资源效力,为农村的产业发展和科技、经济进步提供人才知识力量。文章通过对当前乡村振兴视域下农村的就业形势进行分析,结合乡村发展存在的问题和人力资源的特点,提出可行的农村就业方式,以期改善当前农村就业的系列问题,为农村的发展提供长久动力,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the employment situation in rural areas from the perspective of current rural revitalization, and proposes feasible rural employment methods based on the problems in rural development and the characteristics of human resources.
